jC's holidays- ep5: visiting Troy and Pergamum

My breakfast for today was just the same like other breakfast in this journey. Ham, mashed patato, scrambled egg, cheese, oats, juices, honey, milk, bread etc. All these food are my favourite! But no matter how much you like it, you will still find it very sien after you have them everyday for your breakfast. :X

After the breakfast, we were going to visit Troy! I believe most of you heard this name before right? It was an old city built under Roman Emperor Augustus. There are 9 layers for this city and it is identified as Homeric Troy. Google the history 'coz I forgot what my tour guide explained @@ There is a legend for this city, but I couldnt recall it. I could just remember the story of the wooden horse. LOL. There were 2 countries fighting for ages, but the protection of Troy was great, so the enemy couldnt even enter it. Therefore, the wooden horse was gifted to Rome empire from Greek (if not mistaken laaarrr) as a symbol of peace to stop the war between these 2 countries, somehow this was a trick. The soldiers were hiden inside the horse and sent into Troy to fight them. After the wooden horse successfully entered the town, the army ran out and killed everybody!

The palace. LOL
It was freaking cold that morning! The land behind me was actually sea last time and made this city protected from enemy. Somehow, the water level decreased to 9km away! :O
The tree :D
The entrance construted to send the big wooden horse inside the town. ki-kok-ki-kok~
This is not a well. This is the place where animals were killed and their blood collected as sacrifices. Yuck!
Parlimen house in olden days :)
Another tree :D

Climbing up the horse.
Plant. Random snap.
On the way to visit Pergamum, our bus stopped at roadside as our tour guide wanna showed us the olive tree.
Hehe ^^ wearing 2 shirts is a MUST for everyday. A jacket is needed somemore! *trembling*
with the olive fruit. It couldnt be eaten raw.
We were quite regret to go down, visiting the olive tree farm. Our shoes and boots all became muddy!! My new bought boots ruined T.T Mr Sanol said curiousity kill a cat. I bet he was right. :( With a pair of muddy, dirty boots, we were going to visit Pergamum, another old city under Rome Empire.
The tunnel towards the olden time hospital. Swt.
Another Rome theater. All theater built under Rome Empire are the same.
jC and aunt, fighting. Sure she lost to me laarrr. kaka xD

The pillars looked so tiny and thin now. Love the trees behind! How come all the plants in Turkey are so fascinating one? We just couldnt stop ourselves to snap nearly every trees :P
Another 3-4 hours drive to Izmir, another city in Turkey. Check into Otel Ontur when we reached that town.
lonely jC in pub??!! nope, it was just a bar in Ontur Hotel. Christmas coming! YAY!!!
OMGOSH!! Having set dinner again. The same menu. Salad, soup, bread, chicken rice, fruits.
We wasted the food. We did not want to but the food given just not suit us. And finished the bread and soup had already made our stomach half-fulled, we really got no stomach else to finish the whole meal! I wish I could have 4 stomachs like cows having, LOL!
After the dinner, we went strolling at the nearby shops and areas.
That was it. :)
