came back from taekwando...hoo.....today i thought is not that tough because today no need to run 8 rounds and also no need to run 2.4km...actually,i also dont know how long i had run today,but i thought is ok...hehehhe...
ya,there got something funny today..when our traning finished,a malay old uncle came with his grandchildren,and my miss recognised him to us..he was johan of brisk walk of some competition..and he can speak chinese!wooo...and really very good and we all can understand whatever he spoke..
