Woon Yee's 21st PARTY!!

As promised, I post about my dearest Woon Yee's 21st birthday party immediately after back from her house.

The party was an amazing one, fulled of pretty decoration and touching moments. Most of the participants were her relatives so I was a bit bored, but it was still a very successful one. So envy that she got such nice parents and mei mei to organize such great party for her.

This is how I made the cake. I done it for around 7 hours? 

The first thing is get the cardboard bent in shape, this is one of the annoying step coz the cardboard never get into the curve I want, so have to slowly fix them using cellophane tape.

Next step was paste a paper onto the key shaped frame, this is another irritating step coz I was not skillful enough and my fingers quite stupid in doing art works, and so the edge of the paper was like just get bitten by the mouse, very ugly. So I slowly cut the edge all over at last.

Third is to make strawberries origami. This is the only thing I could think of to put onto the cake, so I refer to YouTube and follow the steps one by one. This is an interesting work and I think my berries looked quite real.

Lastly is to decorate the whole cake. I encircled the light pink cardboard and put love shape around to hide some cellophane tape. I made paper candle with candlelight somemore on it. 

And DONE my cake. I'm proud of myself because this is my first time trying and I'm satisfied with it. Hope Fiona would like it either. *Hand-crossed* =)

The touching moment was that Joey danced for her sister! She is such a quiet girl and I never think of she could be such active and sporting in doing this. She danced alone and she danced like a Korean star! Touched by her love towards her sister and also her courage. Bravo, girl!! 

How would we not giving you a big clap? *CLAP CLAP*

She is really a good girl coz she made a touching slideshow for her sister too, with everybody's wishes and also dig out so many photo to put in.

How could her sister miss out being asked to perform?

Though the random dance was a bit cacat but some of her steps were quite nice. She can shake well!

Heard her name from Fiona before and knew that she was one of her secondary school bestie, but this was my first time meeting her. *But she said she met me before, when we were taking public speaking competition in Standard 6!! Great memory! I seriously couldnt recall coz I was too focus in memorizing my text that time maybe? *She is nice to chat with. We chatted more than I expected. Hope we could meet each other and have a good chat again. :)

Our education background was totally different and we never be in the same school before and after. I also dont know why we could be such close friend, maybe this is what called fated? Shopping eating with bestie :)

Say Bye-bye to Sin Pin's house and Maktab-ians and here started another short trip with my bestie. I have been telling her that I want to pay her a visit for ages and finally I realize my promise today. It had been months I didnt meet her, since CNY I think. Finally got chance for us to shop and enjoy good food in KL together. I always envy of my friends who can have nice food in KL and I think she is the only one who is willing to spend and accompany me. And we are not that calculative about money. Seriously dont like those who are calculative about one cent one penny. She is so kind as she rushed to TBS to fetch me and rushed back house to attend her class. We reached home at home around 11.40am and her class started at 11.45am!! Felt so sorry to trouble her. :(

Waited obediently at her room uploading photo and blogging. Was like a happy kid who get mommy back from work when she came back!! Muahaha xD Started our journey as planned in Midvalley. *Thanks Fiona Liang for driving us there*

*So many people said we are adik-beradik, heard this statement again today.*

She brought me to try many many good food in famous cuisine where I always heard of from my other friends. I was so happy and satisfying! But it made me guilty and I am like wrapped by adipose layer now. LOL ><

First cuisine: ITALIANISE

 Bread served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

It was quite a weird combination but it was quite nice actually. The bread is soft!

Classic Carbonara Pasta.

The carbonara was creamy and strong with the smell of cheese. The pasta was chewy. I think this is the best carbonara pasta I had tried so far. 2 of us shared one set of lunch set and we were full like hell.

Second: MOO-COW FROYO

Thanks for Fiona's determination for asking me to have a try on this. This is really a worth trying dessert. At first I thought it is same like Tutti Frutti but NO! It is way better than that with stronger milky taste and it is very smooth that every spoonful of it melt in your tongue and the topping chosen will be the only thing left in your oral cavity. Fiona picked raisins. It is a perfect match but personally think raisins is a bit too sweet and covered the milky taste. I miss the heavenly taste now! I think my desire towards this froyo is now stronger than Snowflake. LOL

Rest for a while shopping and give time for our stomach to digest. Everytime Fiona is the one who really shop and buy and I act like a bodyguard. Coz I really seldom buy clothes and accessories. I wondered why she could have so many dinner to attend while I only attended 4 wedding dinner before. And I wore quite simple also. I wanna buy pretty clothes when I become a real teacher! I want earn more more money.

Next dessert: SNOWFLAKE

This is another MUST-COMPLETE-MISSION because Taro ball is my all time favourite. But Blackball is too stingy for only give me 6 taro balls each time and same goes to Pre-tea Q. So Snowflake can satisfy my crave. Too bad there isnt any Snowflake outside Selangor area, dont even mention my tiny Muartown. Thus, this is my second time for it. I had Orcha'Ryo last time and since it was with sesame ball so this would be my first time trying their yam and sweet potato taro ball. Fiona ordered the bestseller for me. The taro ball was great and chewy and the cincau was quite thick. Somehow that's the only ingredient goes with the plain ice so it was a bit monotonous perhaps? When would be my third Snowflake? Awwwww...

I dont feel like taking any food anymore because I was so fat and guilty but Fiona determine for bringing me here to had our dinner. Pancake for dinner? This might lessen the guilty I guess. The atmosphere here was good and I love the sofa, it is so comfortable especially for us who have been walking for hours. We ordered one American pancake to try.

American Pancake served with Vanilla ice cream, Peanut jam and Maple Syrup.
It was perfectly match when you put on everything on the pancake. The pancake itself was warm and fluffy and the ice cream is of course a cold one, the syrup is sweet and the peanut jam is salty so everything richen the taste in your mouth.

Last luxurious enjoyment: STARBUCKS!

Frank to say this is my FIRST Starbucks in life. Laugh at me if you want. I admit I am quite mean to spend sometime, I was reluctant to spend on this famous coffee every time I went to Malacca because it is really quite expensive and I'm not really a coffee lover. Thanks for government for giving my book voucher and Starbucks voucher is the reason I spent my RM250 voucher in Boaders. It was a bit not worthy to spend there because I bought less books but who cares when you get your Starbucks drink!

Back to Fiona's house at around 9pm with a round and full tummy. If you thought the Food Hunting journey ended, you are so wrong! Hahaha. Fiona bought me KOMUGI CHEESE CAKE!! It was super soft and it melted in your mouth when you have a bite on it. It is creamy. But the taste of cheese is quite light and not really salty. 

We ate so many thing but it wasnt quite expensive you know. We just spent around RM40 each person on all these food. Thanks for the small stomach we got. Another happy thing is I finally bought Fiona birthday present!! This thing had made me worry so long. There wasnt any surprise for her because I gave her the budget and asked her to pick herself. Lastly she picked a P&CO dress! She loved the dress so much and I felt happy too coz she likes it. But I would keep it and only give it to her in her tomorrow partay. *Do read for her celebration party update* hehe :P

Slept at 1am and so call a day, both of us were so tired. But I bet her fatigue would be doubled since she got clinical the next day. Thank you so much my dear for entertaining me, so nice to have you I love you Ah Ji!!! Muacks. =)

Sunway Lagoon trip with Maktab-ians.

First thing, CHEERS for the ending of the war, the ending of the sleepless night, the ending of the unbearable stress. *Though history repeated itself every semester, but who cares?* SEM 3 is officially ended!!

So, finally I got the chance to relax myself after the tedious study life for a short while. Have fun with Maktab babes in Sunway Lagoon!!! I was super super excited and looking forward for this trip because this gonna be my first time hanging out to such far place with THEM!!

We immediately packed our luggage after being released from the exam hall and took 8pm bus to KL. I was exhausted since the exam was just over but I couldnt sleep soundly in bus and even in Sin Pin's house. What a pity. We reached TBS at 11pm and went to Sin Pin's house then. *Super THANKIEW for Sin Pin's dad for allowing us to stay at his house and fetched us here and there and also cooked nice nice dinner for us* Though to be frank, the  house is a bit too small for all of us and hot. But I dont really mind actually because at least there is a place for us to sleep over. I felt bad when every of us complaint about the hotness and how uncomfort it was. *SORRY, we were not meant to it if you read this. And sorry for being so noisy in the house ><*

Fall asleep at maybe 3am? and woke up at 6.30am to take turn for the bathing. Super duper tired and exhausted. @_@ But still proceeded to our destination, SUNWAY LAGOON!!! This was my very first time here! RM60 for the entrance ticket and RM10 deposit for this wristband. RM30 for the large locker.

Roller coaster. Nervous but pretended smiling. I was so worried that my spec might drop. Haha.

The first game for us was roller coaster at the Amusement Park. I couldnt differentiate how horrible or how thrilling is the roller coaster here because the roller coaster is the same dizzy for me. I felt dizzy after it. We then took a ride of what we called 'spinning boots'. It was less scary because I took a ride like this in Times Square thrice before. 

The next thing was the Ghost house at the Scream Park. It was totally a O-M-G for us girls. We were well prepared for it, comforting ourselves saying like all the so-called ghost and zombie are all real human being after make up, nothing to scare about, bla bla bla. Then there was a briefing session for us and we knew that the door behind would be opened and a ghost would jump out. Somehow, when the ghost really jumped towards us and made angry faces and shouted at us, my adrenaline level increased! I was totally shocked!!! All of us escaped without any hesitation because seriously not dare to continue the journey any longer. Peh Yee cried being scare by the ghost. Pity girl.

After that, Sin Pin and her sister, Chanel and Yee Ching took the ride of the Rotating Pirate Boat. It was a 360 degree machine. The rotating was quite slow and stable and thats why I felt very dizzy even I just looked at how it rotated. I couldnt bare the dizzy-ness I might get so I didnt take it.  

Since there was nothing we would like to try anymore, we changed into swimming attire and get ready for the Water Park! The first game in Water Park was the U-tube *according to what I named it*It was like this if you wondered. I dont know is whether I didnt sit properly or what, I could feel my anus rubbed with the waterslides. It was quite weird and painful.

 We then took a ride on this waterslide. *Another photo from google* They were in snake print now. I tried the covered waterslide and my friends tried 3 of them after that.

 The next thing was walking aimlessly at the water pool and then we reached the 5D cinema. It's time to have first 5D movie in life! But somehow I felt bad coz the 3D glasses provided was without power one, so actually I couldnt watch the movie clearly/ That lessen my scare somehow. I kept asking Yee Ching who sat beside me what is this what is that. The effect was quite cool actually coz the seat kept vibrating and the water kept splashing out. It was like 4D Transformer in USS but 4D Transformer more thrilling for me, maybe because I wore contact lens and watched clearly last time.

Time for Lunchie!! I shared my meal with Choo in Marrybrown while some of them having Subway. We kept using the Subway cup to refill the softdrink at RM1 each time coz self-bring water and food was prohibited. :( Water is sincerely a precious anugerah from Tuhan!!

Rest for a while in the pool and had a simple surfing at the pool. Nothing to scare about. 

Next activity was Flying Fox!! OMGOSH I love it! I love flying fox since the last time I tried it in Asahan. Flying fox here was quite different from Asahan one coz what beneath you wasnt forest and trees but water and people. I thought it was quite low and short at first but I was totally wrong. When I climbed up the tower to get ready myself, I was overwhelmed in nervousity. It was actually quite high! Not to forget mentioning about how HOT the way up to the tower. The sun was merciless and the ground was super hot. I really couldnt imagine what would happened to my foot if I moved slowly. Would it get burn? And here come the idea of why people dare to jump down and kill themselves but not brave enough to lead their life. The second you were being pushed down was horrible enough! Flying fox is simple favourite of mine and sincerely hope there would be a third time for me.

 Met with those who didnt join us for Flying Fox. We then played the latest highlight in Sunway Lagoon, which is Vuvuzela!! It was like one of the slides in Afamosa but a big trumpet like cave was added. It was extremely fun and I sit for twice!! For the first time I opened my eyes and I could see my in front view and so I didnt feel scare but still yelled at my max when the pelampung dropped into the trumpet cave. It moved like Pirate ship but thankfully didnt go up 360 degree lah. Orelse I will die because no safety belt for it. We just hold on the belt beside. For the second time I was super dizzy because my backside facing in front and I couldnt see when  the float went down. To conclude it was still a great game and worth trying!!!

 The last game for me was this. I not dare to try it at first because I scared I might be throw out of the slides, but I know I'm not thin enough for that unpleasant incident to happen lah. I scare the speed sliding down. But since I already paid for the theme park, why not just give myself a chance to experience right? So I tried. Another fun game!!

I was so uncomfortable and dizzy and feel like vomitting after the game. Maybe because I was too hungry and soon get myself a Marrybrown Potato Pops.

At first I felt a bit disappointed coz we couldnt eat at Sunway Pyramid, but at las. I was surprised by what Sin Pin's dad cooked for us. Our dinner was great! I love the fish and the meat. Thank you uncle!!

Bla bla bla during study week

Something I jotted down last week.
"Had been buried myself in books and notes recently. Sound hardworking but actually not. I was so so into the news of GE13 and even abandoned my studies on the result night. I cried because of it too. Now only I found I am such a patriotic girl. Well, I am here just to type something due to the unbearable boredness. Few days more to be set free. I'm extremely looking forward the KL trip with my maktab friends because this would be the very first time outing with them outside Johor state. And also not to forget first KL hangout with my dear Woon Yee. Whee!!
Change my spec after 3 years but my new spec is almost same with the old one. Same brand same style but I like the new one more. :)

Well, 80% of my exam had ended by today and I was surprise that time could actually move that fast! Another one Moral paper and it means that that would be the full stop for my Sem 3. I was shocked when I tidied up my room and kept my notes into the box. I was like 'huh, exam done just like that?' I am quite satisfied of my exam progress so far. So far so good, huh? The only subject I am not satisfy is anatomy, the subject that I'm quite confident of. I did a lot of stupid careless mistakes in the exam, perhaps my mind couldn't function well enough due to lack of sleep? *Pray hard to score* But there were so many of my friends didnt sleep at all. Salute! Because I never stay up for a whole night to study and I not dare to do so too. I scare I would died because of the hardening of liver HAHA. Back to house and feel the coldness again. The dorm is simply HAWT!! Unbearable hotness never fail to make me perspire, even after bathing. Rest for the rest of the day, completing my calligraphy work that I'm going to submit for the national calligraphy competition. Hopefully I can enter the final, pray hard! Had finished eating the whole loft of massimo within 3 days, cool! Having only bread as my breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'm really a good girl.
Random post just to jot down what I had done this two lame week. Gonna start preparing weapon for the moral exam war tomorrow perhaps, wish me luck Kay?
